 Pres. Bryan welcomed Rotarians Noel L, Heather and Gay and Rotary Partner Robyn.                                              Apologies were received from Rtns. Graeme & Noel S and Rotary Partner Jeanette.

Maternal and Child Health Month:                                                                                                                                                 The Rotary Foundation reaches mothers and children in need by giving communities the help and training they need to take control of their own maternal and infant health care.

Rotary makes amazing things happen, like:                                                                                                                               Mobile prenatal clinics                                                                                                                                                                     Haiti has the highest maternal and infant mortality rate of any country in the western hemisphere. Rotary provided a fully equipped medical Jeep to volunteers and midwives to reach mothers and children in remote areas.

 An invitation to attend the Annual Changeover Dinner on Friday 26th May has been received from the Rochester Lions Club.

Rtns. Heather, Gay & Noel L are to attend the Foundation Grants Seminar to be held at the Gateway Centre on Monday 8th May.

The Echuca Moama Theatre Company (EMTC) will be preforming Monty Python’s Spamalot from Friday 26th May to Saturday 3rd June.

 Bus Shed & Mural:  Secretary Heather & Treasurer Noel have spent time with Shire of Campaspe Staff and have commenced steps to obtain permission and to apply for the appropriate applications necessary for the erection of the shed and the mural stands.

FARSE: Plans are well in hand for this year’s event. Grant applications have been submitted and Sec. Heather has received quotes for 2 marquees.

Members were reminded of duties to be carried out in order to ensure the smooth running of Pie & Port Night.
