This is a Board Meeting. Directors are asked to have reports to Sec. Heather asap so that they may be included in the agenda.

 In the absence of Pres. Bryan, PP Noel L welcomed Rtns. Heather, Graeme, Noel S, Partners Jeanette & Robyn and AG Greg.  Apologies were received from Rtns. Gay, Ray & Bryan, Stewart & Rotary Partner Pam  LOA: Russell

 In preparation for the DG’s visit, Sec. Heather & Acting Treasurer Noel met with AG Greg to discuss the club’s plans for the coming year.

FARSE: With less than 4 weeks to this year’s event, Heather again went through lists of exhibitors and the schools who will be attending. Numbers appear to be a little down on last year and frustration was expressed as to the difficulty experienced in making contact with large corporations.  Advertisements are to be placed in Campaspe News over the next 2 weeks and space has been reserved for publication of a press release. Heather has organised a ‘flyer’ that will be distributed in a town drop.

 Elmore Field Days: A request from the Committee to have personnel present at the Site marking out and available for heavy vehicle escort at the Field Days has been received. (Noel & Robyn & Robert will not be present this year.)

 RC Eaglehawk’s 50th Anniversary: Sunday 7th August at the Mechanics’ Institute,,12 noon for 12.30. $40/person, some drinks provided. RSVP by 1st Aug. If wishing to attend, please notify Sec. Heather asap with remuneration. Numbers are limited.

 A Foundation Grants Seminar is to be held at the Gateway Function Centre, Kangaroo Flat on Monday 1st Aug. commencing at 6.00pm. Cost $20. Contact PP Noel if wishing to attend.
