Three wineries, a historical Butchers Shop, along with a Olive Oil producing farm been visited, including lunch at the Tooborac Hotel/ Brewery certainly made for a fellowship ,informative Day

Following the conclusion of member reports, President Heather invited our two Guests for the evening to present their pictorial of the visit to Cambodia as part of a World of Difference tour.
Amanda Conway and Chelsea Macaque were part of a group of younger and not quite as young who travelled to Cambodia on a thirteen Day visit. An enlightening visit to a country that has seen much trouble and hardship unfortunately.
Visits to Orphanages, formerly HIV Hospices, schools- presenting books, footwear, school clothing to younger children, plague tests and toothpaste all part of the events of the trip
Footwear even thongs being a must to wear in view of the facilities that are almost nonexistent in a significant part of the country visited.
On a lighter side, hand feeding elephants who knew the difference between one dollar notes and attempt at trickery would have to be part of memorable highlights of the trip
A well presented view of a visit to a country that still allows residents of Australia that say that they live in the Lucky Country.
Excerpts from the travels of Noel and Robyn–
Because the family had a round trip of 4 hours to take Year 5 student, Rily to Barcaldine to catch the bus taking him to North Keppel Island for his school camp, we didn’t have school on Monday so Noel and I took the opportunity to travel south to Tambo to view an exhibition of paintings by Gold Coast artists Simone & Metka Skrobar. There were some lovely pieces on display representing adaptability and endurance through adversity and change in outback and rural regions. Our travels over the past few years certainly helped us identify with many of the pieces.
Next time you complain about that trip to Echuca or Bendigo just spare a thought for Stuart & Pauline who may cover 1000km a week with trips into town to attend meetings or to take children to various activities.
